WeFrames ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Data We Collect

• Photos — The app displays photos from a shared album you select. We never store or copy your photos — the app only references them from your existing album.
• Username — A name you choose or generate within the app, used to identify you to other album members.
• Reactions & Comments — Emoji reactions and text comments you add to photos, which are shared with other album members.
• Purchase Information — Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see or store your payment details.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To display shared album photos in the app and widget.
• To sync your reactions and comments with other album members.
• To verify your subscription status.

3. Data Storage

Your data (reactions, comments, username) is stored securely through Apple's cloud services (iCloud), tied to your Apple account. Your data is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Services

WeFrames uses the following third-party services:

• Apple iCloud — Used to store your reactions, comments, username, and to manage shared album access. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Google Firebase — Used for real-time syncing of reactions and comments between album members. Firebase receives only an app-generated photo identifier to coordinate syncing — it does not receive your photos, name, or other personal information. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit — Used to handle purchases. We never see or store your payment details.

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your reactions and comments are only visible to other members of your shared album.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data — Everything is visible within the app.
• Delete your data — You can remove your reactions and comments at any time. Deleting the app removes all associated data.
• Withdraw consent — You can stop using the app at any time.

7. GDPR (European Economic Area)

If you are in the EEA, you have additional rights under the GDPR:

• Legal basis — We process data based on your consent and our legitimate interest in providing the service.
• Data portability — Your data is stored in your Apple account and is portable through Apple's ecosystem.
• Right to erasure — Contact us to request deletion of any data associated with your account.

8. CCPA (California)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information. Contact us to exercise your rights.

9. Children's Privacy

WeFrames is designed to be enjoyed by the whole family. Children under 13 should use the app together with a parent or guardian. If you have any concerns about your child's data, please contact us and we'll help.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
